This half-day experience pairs a tour of Dounan Flower Market (the wholesale auction running daily) with a hands-on cooking class in a local Yunnan kitchen where you'll prepare 3 dishes using fresh edible flowers: chrysanthemum salad, fried jasmine omelet, and rose petal sweet rice.
Includes a sit-down meal at the end where you eat what you cooked, plus a few traditional Yunnan side dishes prepared by the chef.
