About this experience
Gulangyu (鼓浪屿) is a UNESCO World Heritage car-free island off Xiamen, famous for its colonial architecture and quietly excellent food and drink scene. Longtou Road (龙头路) is the main commercial street, but the gems are tucked into the side lanes — the original Xiamen coffee culture, a Hokkien tea house run by 3rd-generation family, and a wine bar in a 1920s colonial mansion.
